Ammonia absorption cycle in water was invented in the mid of 19th century, the actual industrial revolution in refrigeration.
Water and ammonia absorbers reach chilled liquid temperatures which are lower than those with lithium bromide are. Temperature range goes from +5°C to -60°C, to fulfil every refrigeration need.
